Cancellation Policy Waiver

When you purchase Holiday's Cancellation Policy Waiver, you are entitled to a full refund if you can not go on the trip for an approved reason. To be eligible for your refund, you will need to notify, or attempt to notify by leaving a voicemail if outside of regular office hours, Holiday Tours immediately when a qualifying event occurs. Additionally, if your roommate has paid in full and cancels while full cancellation penalties are in effect, you may take your trip at your previsouly quoted rate.

Approved Reasons:

  1. Death, Injury, or Sickness involving you, a travel companion, or an immediate family member.  (Immediate family is described as spouse, children, parents and siblings.)
    Pre-existing conditions are not covered. A doctor's statement will be required as proof.  
  2. You or a travel companion is quarantined, called to jury duty, subpoenaed, or has their home made uninhabitable.

Cost for the Cancellation Policy Waiver is 5% of the total trip cost. This waiver may only be purchased within 7 days of signing up for the trip or before normal cancellation penalties are in effect, whichever comes first.

Cancellation Policy Waivers may not be purchased for trips that include airfare. All monies paid for waivers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please note: This is not insurance. This will not provide an airline ticket in case a passenger gets sick during trip. The purpose of this waiver is to help with needs to cancel before the trip actually departs. If you need the insurance product, please call our office and ask about travel insurance.
