There are plenty of food options on East Street. Later this afternoon, we will witness the Hot Air Balloon Mass Ascension. Then, at 6:30 PM, we see the spectacular Balloon Glow. The hot air balloons are inflated at night because the flames make for such an eerie and beautiful effect. It's quite extraordinary to behold as one hot air balloon after another ignites its burner and, finally, all of them light up at once. Returning home after the Balloon Glow. Arriving back at approximately 9:30 PM.
