Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

New York City Red-Eye

1st Day: Depart this evening and travel through the night to New York City.

2nd Day: Arriving in Manhattan at approximately 6:00 AM - we will drop the group near the Port Authority Building at 42nd and 8th. According to the Parade website, early risers arrive starting at 6am ET on the west side of Central Park West from West 75th to West 61st Streets. Great views can be found along this stretch. Another area where public viewing is allowed is on 6th Avenue from West 59th to West 38th Streets. The Parade first took place in 1924 and is one of the oldest Thanksgiving parades in the United States. The three-hour parade is held in Manhattan, ending outside Macy's Herald Square, and takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Enjoy the balloons, the bands, the performers - and maybe you'll even be on TV! After the parade you will be free to do as you please – shop, visit a favorite attraction or museum, attend a Broadway Play, take a sightseeing cruise or tour, and more. Enjoy the best attractions, best shopping and best restaurants in the greatest city in the world. (Note: Admission fees to any attractions or tours you choose to do are not included.) Everyone will meet at a designated location in Manhattan at 7:00 PM and we will depart for home.

3rd Day: Arriving back approximately 7:00 AM.
