Recapture the magic of the season during Christmas at Biltmore! Come join us for this spectacular trip during Biltmore’s most beautiful time of the year. The halls and rooms of America’s largest home are elegantly accented with dozens of Christmas trees, more than 400 wreaths and bows, 700 poinsettias, miles of evergreen garland, thousands of ornaments, tinsel and beading, and a 35-foot Frasier fir that is one of the most beautiful Christmas trees you will ever see. Holiday music from ensembles and the Banquet Hall organ complete the experience, filling the halls with Biltmore’s larger-than-life Yuletide celebration. We will also visit the Antler Hill Village. The Village encompasses the Winery and Farm. Explore farm life in the early 1900s with knowledgeable interpreters and exhibits in the historic Barn. Step into the everyday life of families who lived on the estate raising livestock, tending crops, and working at Biltmore Dairy. The Barn is alive with blacksmiths, woodworkers, and other craft demonstrations. An old-fashioned Mercantile shop offers Appalachian crafts, dry goods, old-fashioned candy, and more. Returning home after a fabulous day at the spectacular Biltmore Estate, arriving approximately 10:00 PM.
Please Note: There is not a breakfast stop on this tour, so please eat before you board, or bring something with you to snack on. We will have a lunch stop before arriving at the estate - and a dinner stop after departing (both meals on your own). Group wine tastings are no longer available at Biltmore, and they no longer take reservations. You are free to wait in line if there is one - just be mindful of the departure time.
Special Notice: Balance due 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation within 30 days of departure will result in payment forfeiture.
