Under the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Phase 1 Bus Arrival Plan, we have been granted access to begin returning to Harrah's starting October 26th. Under this plan, Cherokee is requiring the following changes to our normal Harrah's tours:

• Bus Capacity will be limited to 50% or a maximum of 28 passengers.
• A health screening questionnaire will be provided to you prior to your tour and must be filled out and presented when you arrive to board the motorcoach. If you do not have a printer, copies will be available on the bus. Failure to complete this questionnaire or if any of the wellness criteria are not met, you will not be able to travel with us on that day. • All passengers must wear face masks (covering your mouth and nose) at all times while on the motorcoach and while in the casino.
• When you arrive to the casino, Harrah's will do their own health questionnaire (the same questions) and a tempterature check. Any guests who refuses to take either the questionnaire or temperature check, fails the temperature check, or doesn't meet the requirements of the questionnaire will be denied entry and will have to sit on the bus until departure.
• Collection of information - Harrah's now requires a detailed manifest of all passengers coming to Harrah's to be sent days prior to arrival. This will include name, address, phone number, drivers license information, and your Harrah's card number.

Because of the changes implemented by Harrah's, we are going to have to run our Harrah's trips for the foreseeable future differently:

• Price - We are unable to operate at the rates prior to COVID due to the 50% limitation. Our new rate of $80 per person will be in place until we are able to remove that restriction.
• Facemasks will be required on the motorcoach at all times, covering both your nose and mouth. 
• Special Pickups - until further notice, we will not be doing any special pickups, including in Clemmons.
• Breakfast - We will not be making a breakfast stop in the mornings.
• Rest Breaks - We will make 1 rest stop on the way up to Cherokee and 1 rest stop on the way home, no other rest stops will be made.
• No dinner stop will be made on the way home from Cherokee.
• When you exit the bus, we will ask everyone to remain seated and guests will exit the bus 1 at a time. This is to prevent congregating and close contact in the aisle of the motorcoach.

We understand that taking these extra steps will take extra time and we appreciate your patience as we operate in these varying times. It is our hope to resume regular operation of our scheduled tours to Harrah's as soon as possible.

Special Note: For all Harrah’s Casino Trips: Schedule is subject to change. Must be 21 years or older to enter the casino, and you must have proof of your age and photo ID to receive the coin bonus. Also, Harrah’s now requires that all guests supply a valid email address in order to register for a Total Rewards card and receive passenger incentives, including free slot play. In the future, Harrah’s will shift from distributing coupons to players via US Mail to utilizing email as the standard distribution method.
