1st Day: Upon arrival in Pigeon Forge, we will check into our home for the next two nights. You’ll have a little free time this afternoon to enjoy this beautiful city in the Smokies. Tonight, we will enjoy the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show. Think your family fights during the holidays? Come spend the holidays with ours! We put the FUN in dysFUNctional! Come join Pa Hatfield and Ma McCoy as they try to set aside their differences in the spirit of the Season. Watch as they bring their two famous feudin’ families together for a night of food and entertainment guaranteed to make you feel better about spending the holidays with your in-laws! Whether you’re city-folk or country cuzins, you’ll love the holiday singing and dancing, mighty feats of strength, jaw dropping stunts and side-splitting comedy. There’s something here for everybody! And Granny’s pulling out all the stops for the holiday dinner! She’s cookin’ up a heap of fried chicken and country pulled pork shoulder barbecue! 2nd Day: This morning we head over to the Three Bears General Store. The Three Bears General Store is the largest gift shop in the Smoky Mountains. They strive to provide excellent “southern hospitality” along with a wide variety of quality products. From Amish jams and jellies to “moonshine water” and handmade fudge to over 555 Great Smoky Mountain souvenirs, you’re sure to find exactly what you’re looking for! And don’t forget to visit the live bear habitat where you can see the live bears! This afternoon we will attend Christmas at the Smoky Mountain Opry, a multi-million dollar Christmas production that features flying sugar plum fairies, soaring angels, dancing elves, enchanted reindeer, Jolly ol’ Saint Nick, and most importantly, the celebration of the birth of Christ with the area’s largest living nativity! The incredible cast includes talented singers, dancers, comedians, live animals, and a huge band spotlighting the orchestral sounds of the incredible brass section. Beautiful costumes, incredible special effects and lavish sets round out this first-class Christmas experience! So don’t be a Grinch, make plans now to see Christmas at the Smoky Mountain Opry! It’s sure to become a family tradition! Tonight, we will go to The Comedy Barn Christmas Show. It’s Christmas time in the Smokies and The Comedy Barn is ready to put you in the Christmas spirit. Come experience a Christmas show like only the Comedy Barn can bring you. You will hear all Christmas music, see all Christmas costumes, and laugh at special Christmas acts you’ll only see on their stage. Speaking of laughs, be prepared for the biggest laugh muscle workout you’ve ever had! 3rd Day: This morning, we’ll spend some time at The Island. The Island is the latest retail and entertainment center to join Pigeon Forge. There are a number of restaurants, stores, and attractions to enjoy, including the Great Smoky Mountain Sky Wheel. Next, we'll head over to Bush's Baked Beans for a Tour and group lunch before we begin our trip home. Arriving back approximately 8:00 PM. (CB, L)
