Upon arrival in Boone, we will visit the Mast General Store, a renovated 1920s Department Store now selling crafts and general mercantile. Afterwards, we will have lunch at the Dan'l Boone Inn. After lunch we will ride on the Viaduct section of the Blue Ridge Parkway on our way to Grandfather Mountain, the Carolina's top scenic attraction. Enjoy the spectacular scenery, animal habitats, exhibits, and the breathtaking view from the Mile High Swinging Bridge. Returning approximately 8:00 PM. (L)
