Celebration in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee

Join us as we journey to Pigeon Forge, TN to celebrate Holiday Tours’ 40th year in business. We have the best customers in the world and our success is due to the many wonderful customers that have traveled with us over the years. We want to invite you to join the celebration as we travel to the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee for an exciting, fun-filled tour. Come, join the fun and help us celebrate this milestone.

1st Day: Today we travel to the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, to Pigeon Forge. Upon arrival this afternoon, we will check into our home for the next three nights. Enjoy a Welcome Reception for all attendees later this afternoon. Tonight, dinner is included at the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant. Enjoy hearty Southern comfort food in a casual environment with their signature apple fritters. After dinner, we will head to the Comedy Barn. Come see why year after year, this show is voted the most award winning family comedy variety show in the Smoky Mountains. (D)

2nd Day: Board the coach this morning for a guided Moonshine and Mountain Tour. We’ll travel into the Great Smoky Mountains to learn about the history of moonshine in the area and be educated on the points of interest most locals don’t even know about. We’ll also tour the Ole’ Smoky Moonshine Distillery, America’s most visited distillery. You’ll see authentic-working moonshine stills and take in the entire process - from beginning to end. Next, free time in historic downtown Gatlinburg, where you can shop and enjoy lunch on your own. Returning to Pigeon Forge, we will experience the longest running family feud in American history at The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show. You’ll help the Hatfields and McCoys try to settle their differences mountain-style. Whether you’re city-folk or country cuzins, you’ll love the singing and dancing, mighty feats of strength, jaw dropping stunts and side-splitting comedy. Upon returning to the hotel, we’ll all gather and enjoy an Ice Cream Social. This will be a time when everyone can mingle with family and staff, and other customers, to share stories and/or pictures of your travels with Holiday Tours. (B, D)

3rd Day: A visit to Pigeon Forge would not be complete without going to Dollywood, one of the world’s premier theme parks. Enjoy more than 40 rides, 15 exceptional shows, artisan and craft workers, shops, great food, and the friendliest employees in the world - Dollywood is an award-winning destination! This evening you will experience a night of elegance and fine dining aboard the RMS Titanic, in their private, secret dining room! Plus, take a tour of the museum and see more than 400 priceless artifacts and treasures on two decks, walk the Grand Staircase, sit in a full-sized lifeboat and hear actual survivor stories, touch an iceberg, and more. Following dinner, we will head to the Smoky Mountain Opry, the area’s largest musical variety show featuring music from Big Band Swing through today’s country. See the most talented cast of singers, dancers, comedians, and musicians the Smokies has to offer! From Country hits old and new, yesterday’s Disco, Jivin’ Swing, Movie Favorites, and a little Motown! (B, D)

4th Day:   We start our day in a FUN and ENTERTAINING way at the Magic Beyond Belief Show. The only protégé of Master Illusionists Siegfried and Roy, Darren Romeo brings his world-famous talents to Pigeon Forge, creating a multi-million dollar “Magic Beyond Belief” style, fun-for-the-whole-family production show featuring a talented cast, Darren’s magical illusions, musical tributes, levitations, and much much more! Darren is the only magician in the world allowed to perform Harry Blackstone’s famous legacy of the floating light bulb! Your family must see it to believe it! There will be free time for shopping and lunch on your own at The Island this afternoon before beginning our journey home. This has been a celebration that you won’t soon forget. Arriving back approximately 9:00 PM. (B)
