America's Most Beloved

May 24 - 28, 2018

Join us for a fun and exciting tour to Boston, MA to see an inter-league matchup between the Boston Red Sox and the Atlanta Braves. For those who may not know, the Braves originated in Boston and played there from 1871 - 1952. What's most exciting about this trip is attending games at nostalgic Fenway Park. It opened in 1912 and is the oldest Major League Baseball stadium in use. The park has many unique, quirky features, including "The Triangle," "Pesky's Pole," and most notably the famous "Green Monster" in left field. We'll be in Boston for two nights and will attend two baseball games. Don't miss this opportunity to attend games at America's Most Beloved Ballpark.

1st Day: We will be traveling through Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and into New Jersey to spend our first night in northern New Jersey.

2nd Day: Today we head to Boston, MA, going around New York City and through the state of Connecticut on the way. Upon arrival we will check into our home for the next two nights, and then get ready to attend the first of two exciting Major League Baseball Games between the hometown Boston Red Sox and the Atlanta Braves. We'll arrive at the stadium early so you will have time to look around and buy souvenirs before the game starts. (CB)

3rd Day: We will head back to the stadium later this morning, to see our second exciting baseball game at 1:05 PM (subject to change). The experience of seeing a game in person at nostalgic Fenway Park is magical. You’ll have some free time to enjoy the stadium and have lunch on your own prior to the game. After the game, we’ll head to Faneuil Hall Marketplace, located in downtown Boston. Enjoy unique and nationally recognized shops while indulging in the worldwide cuisine at the restaurants, pubs, and in the world-famous Quincy Market Colonnade. You will have some free time to enjoy Faneuil Hall and have dinner on your own before we return to the hotel. (CB)

4th Day: We will depart Boston this morning and travel to the Baltimore, MD area. Upon arrival, we will check into our home for the night. Evening is free for you enjoyment. (CB)

5th Day: This morning we will head into Baltimore to tour the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum. The museum presents the life and times of George Herman "Babe" Ruth, Baltimore's native son who became America's first sports celebrity and an international icon. There are many exhibits that tell the story of the greatest player to ever take the field. Departing for home after the tour, with many special memories of the games we saw at Fenway Park, the wonderful time we spent in Boston and our visit to the Babe Ruth Museum. Arriving back approximately 8:30 PM. (CB)
