NC Seafood Festival

One of North Carolina's Largest Festivals!

Bring your appetite and comfortable walking shoes as we make our way to the North Carolina Seafood Festival in beautiful Morehead City!  We will stop for breakfast along the way and then when we arrive you will have the chance to browse more than 200 master artisan and commercial booths, while treating yourself to a premier selection of fresh, native North Carolina seafood caught and cooked right at the source. Let the incredible aroma guide you to your next favorite dish! The streets come alive with unique booths where you can browse and buy one-of-a-kind photography, hand-thrown pottery, stunning paintings, and detailed wood carvings. Traditional amusement rides, giant ferris wheels, carousels, and fair games will take over the streets of Morehead City. Continuous acts perform across two separate musical stages. You can catch everything from country music to party bands to the coastal tradition of beach music. You can even catch a display of boats and marine gear for window shopping and maritime enthusiasts while at the festival.   If you are not a fan of seafood, dozens of non-seafood vendors provide traditional fair staples like funnel cakes, corn dogs, and fries. There is something for everyone! Returning approximately 11:30 PM.
