Niagara Falls, Lucy Desi Museum, National Comedy Center, and more!

1st Day: We will be heading up through Virginia into West Virginia, on our way to two overlooks that give spectacular and breathtaking views of the wild New River and the New River Gorge Bridge, a four-lane steel arch bridge which is the longest in the world. It is the highest span east of the Mississippi River and the third highest in the United States.  After our visit, we will continue on our way to Cranberry Township, PA - our home for the evening.

2nd Day: Have breakfast and depart the hotel. Prior to crossing the border, we will visit Niagara Falls, USA to get a view of the falls on the American side.  After our visit, we will cross the border into Canada and continue on to Niagara Falls, Ontario. Once we arrive, we will check into our home for the next two nights - Comfort Inn on Fallsview Blvd., just steps away from the Incline Railway. This evening we will go to the falls, where you can enjoy a breathtaking nighttime view of the falls, with the beautiful colored lights. (CB)

3rd Day: This morning we will have a guided tour of the Niagara Falls area. Some of the sights you will see are the Canadian and American Falls, Floral Clock, Horticultural Gardens, Welland Shipping Canal, and much more. The afternoon is free for your enjoyment. Optional attractions you may choose to visit are: Niagara City Cruise (Hornblower), Journey Behind the Falls, Whirlpool Aero Car, Niagara Falls Incline Railway, and more. Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino are also available for those who might want to try their luck. This evening we will visit the Skylon Tower. Enjoy the ultimate in buffet-style dining in the Summit Suite Dining Room. Admission to the Observation Deck is also included. From the moment you hop aboard one of the yellow bug elevators and glide smoothly to the top, you will agree that Skylon is the only way to experience the majesty of Niagara Falls. When you reach the Observation Deck, 775-feet above the falls, the awe-inspiring panoramic view will take your breath away. Enjoy spectacular views of the Falls, the Great Gorge, Niagara wine district, and the city skylines of Buffalo, New York, and Toronto. (CB, D)

4th Day: We leave Canada this morning and make our way to Jamestown, NY, the home of Lucille Ball. Our first stop will be the Lucy Desi Museum to explore the lives, careers and legacies of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and celebrate the #1 Greatest TV Show of all time, I Love Lucy. After our visit, we will enjoy lunch in the Tropicana Room, a private event space modeled after Ricky Ricardo's nightclub. Our next stop will be the National Comedy Center - an American museum dedicated to comedy. The museum includes more than 50 immersive experiences through comedy history, from vaudeville acts to memes. We’ll have a ‘humor profile’ created on entry and stored on a ‘Laugh Band’. Content is then presented according to individual tastes, from slapstick to satire. At one time, the Center was deemed to be one of the “100 Reasons to Love America”. We will round out our day with a Summer BBQ and steamboat adventure on the Chautauqua Belle.  Enjoy an evening on the Lake as we cruise the multi-million dollar shoreline homes with great music and the best Lake views on Chautauqua Lake. After a fun-filled day, we will make our way to tonight’s hotel. (B,L,D)

5th Day: After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our journey home, arriving approximately 8:00 PM. (CB)
