Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre is a state-of-the-art, German-themed dinner theatre nestled in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of southwest Virginia. The luxurious 200-seat dinner theatre promises audiences the most unique theatre and dining experience around. You will be served a delicious meal prepared by their in-house chef. Then sit back, relax, and be entertained with one of the Broadway-caliber musical productions. They are Virginia’s only ALL musical theatre, ALL the time! Arriving back approximately 7:00 PM. (L)

February 14, 2026 - Valentine's with Elvis
Join Stephen Freeman and the talented Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre cast as they present Valentine’s with Elvis! Enjoy your favorite Elvis hits and Valentine’s themed song selections. Stephen has re-created the aura of Elvis both vocally and physically in his live stage performances. He has mastered the ‘art’ of portraying Elvis in his prime and is truly amazing.
April 16, 2026 - Under the Boardwalk
Under the Boardwalk is an original revue of Carolina Beach Music, set in the present day on the first day of summer at the famous Myrtle Beach. The show includes classic songs by groups such as The Tams, The Embers, The Chairmen of the Board, and The Drifters. If you love beach music, this is the scene for you!
May 21, 2026 - A Gospel Jubilee
Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre will once again feature a new twist on an old favorite—filled with the Gospel songs you grew up singing, both old and new. Accompanied by live musicians, this heavenly production will have you on the edge of your pew, singing along to the hymns from your childhood as well as many Southern Gospel and Contemporary Gospel favorites.
July 23, 2026 - Church Basement Ladies
The church basement kitchen throughout much of America is often the heart and soul of any church—and it’s no different in 1965 Minnesota. In Church Basement Ladies, we meet the pastor, three main kitchen cooks, and one daughter who run the kitchen and care for the congregation by preparing and serving food. Like any great kitchen, problems are solved here as well. We see the four women handle a Lutefisk Dinner, a funeral, an Easter Fundraiser, and, of course, a wedding. They stave off potential disasters, have fun, share and debate recipes, instruct the young, and keep the pastor on due course. This musical comedy, based on recipes, food, and change in the church, is funny, heartwarming, and down-to-earth. It will bring back memories of many people you know from churches everywhere.

The Sensational 70s is the ultimate trip down memory lane from the decade that gave you Boogie Fever.
December 10, 2026 - An Appalachian Christmas
Treat the whole family to this magical Christmas story set in the mountains of Appalachia. The cast will dazzle you as they pull out all the stops to keep Santa and Christmas on schedule. Songs from across the Christmas spectrum will find their way to your heart—whether old or new, country or folk. This fun-filled production also features a breathtaking Nativity scene, sure to put the entire family in the Christmas spirit.
