Shop until you drop at one of the biggest holiday craft fairs in North Carolina! For over 37 years the Christmas Carousel Holiday Gift Market has been a Triangle Thanksgiving Tradition for thousands of holiday shoppers. Over 250 Exhibitors come together each year showcasing arts, crafts, holiday foods, gifts, floral, holiday decorations and much, much more! Following our shopping expedition, we will travel to the North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival!  In what has become a holiday tradition, Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre will once again be transformed into a magnificent setting when the Chinese Lantern Festival returns this holiday season for another year. Chinese artisans are already hard at work crafting more than 20 all new displays, each one comprised of hundreds of parts, and thousands of LED lights. The spectacular Chinese Dragon will reign supreme on Symphony Lake to mesmerize visitors big and small. These larger than life lanterns promise to wow visitors with their amazing craftsmanship, cultural significance and artistic beauty. Cultural arts performances will again be featured each night on the main stage. Returning home approximately 10:30 PM.

Please Note:  You will walk through the venue to observe the lanterns. It will take approximately 45-75 minutes to view all light displays and enjoy the live cultural performances. The total walkthrough is approximately ½ mile.
