New York Seat Belt Rule
In 2025, New York implemented a rule stating that all passengers on motorcoaches must be buckled with a seat belt if the seat is equipped with a seat belt. This rule is directly aimed at the passenger as the passenger will be fined directly. For more information, click the link below.
